2018 saw the debut of The Leprechaun Returns, a leprechaun-themed horror film that stars a deadly leprechaun. 25 years later, the events of the movie's first installment take place. A group of students decides to transform their home into a "green" living space during summer vacation. This is the setting that inspired the movie. They don't realize that they have made a grave mistake by doing this. The Leprechaun is now determined to seize his wealth by giving the women a lesson on the art. Problem is, they won't purchase it. The ladies decide to join together in order to track down the Leprechaun and retrieve his riches. In addition to this mission, they also plan to capture him. There were a wide range of reviews for the film. Some praised its sense of humor, while others found it too corny and slapstick. Fans of the film's predecessors will like it just as (first article) much as they did the first time they saw it.
